How We Ship Your Order

We ship all orders quickly, safely, and securely from Tampa, Florida. Every LEGO set, action figure, and collectible is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in the same condition as shown in our listing

Processing Time

1-2 business days for most orders
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
Large collections or bulk purchases may require an additional processing day

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
LEGO Shipping: LEGO® products are shipped in protective outer packaging with padding to help preserve box condition. We will never apply a shipping label directly to a a LEGO box

Order totals under $75 will have a flat rate of $6.95
Order totals $75 and over will have free shipping

Damaged or Missing Items

We take packaging seriously. If order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours
Include photos of the box and item
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Any item marked as “pre-order” will ship once it becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
