How We Ship Your Order

We ship all orders quickly, safely, and securely from Tampa, Florida. Every LEGO set, action figure, and collectible is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in the same condition as shown in our listing

Processing Time

2- 3 business days for most orders
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
Large collections or bulk purchases may require an additional processing day

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
LEGO Shipping: LEGO® products are shipped in protective outer packaging with padding to help preserve box condition. We will never apply a shipping label directly to a a LEGO box
Shipping speeds may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Built Sets

Built Set Shipping: Built LEGO® sets will be packaged as carefully as possible for transit. We will do our best to wrap the set in plastic or similar protective material before packing.
Protective Packaging: Built sets will be protected with bubble wrap, paper wrapping, packing material, or a combination of these materials to help limit movement and damage during shipping.
Minor Disassembly May Occur: Because built LEGO® sets are made of interlocking pieces, customers should not expect the set to arrive 100% intact or exactly as pictured. Pieces, sections, accessories, or minifigures may become loose or separate during transit.
Reassembly May Be Required: The buyer should expect that some reassembly may be necessary after delivery.
Loose Pieces: Any pieces that become detached during packing or shipping may be included loose inside the package.
Shipping Condition: We take reasonable precautions to protect built sets, but we cannot guarantee that every piece will remain attached during carrier handling and transportation.
Photos Represent Pre-Shipment Condition: Product photos show the condition and assembly of the set before shipment. They do not guarantee the exact assembled condition upon arrival.
Inspect Packaging Carefully: Customers should thoroughly check all wrapping, packing paper, plastic, bubble wrap, and the shipping box for loose LEGO® pieces before disposing of packaging.
Report Missing or Damaged Pieces Promptly: If something appears to be missing or damaged, customers should contact Brick Brothers Toys with photos of the item and packaging before discarding any shipping materials.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Order totals under $75 will have a flat rate of $6.95
Order totals over $75 will have free shipping

Damaged or Missing Items

We take packaging seriously. If order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours
Include photos of the box and item
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Any item marked as “pre-order” will ship once it becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
