Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if your item meets the conditions below.
We Accept Returns For:
Items that arrive damaged in Transit
Items missing pieces (pre-owned or vintage sets must match the product description)
Incorrect items sent by mistake
Important Lego Condition Notes
New / Sealed LEGO sets are gauranteed to be unopened and in the condition noted in photos or description
Returns are accepted if a sealed item arrives opened, damaged, or not as described
Opened LEGO sets that were shipped new/sealed cannot be returned unless it meets another return criteria
Non Returnable Items:
Opened new LEGO sets
Opened blind bags or mystery boxes
Digital items (if applicable)
Pre-owned items sold as-is when accurately described
Trading card singles or packs once opened
How to Start a Return

Reason for return
Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll respond within 2 business days
Return Shipping
If the return is our mistake → We cover the cost.
If you changed your mind → You pay return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after your return is inspected and approved.
Refund method: Original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.)
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Exchanges
If the exact item is available, we’re happy to exchange it. Otherwise, we’ll issue a refund.
